Arrivals: We cannot guarantee that your room will be ready before 4pm. Departures: No later than 11am. Sorry No Pets. Assistance dogs are allowed in 1st floor rooms by prior arrangement only. Not suitable for the physically impaired as access to all rooms is via the central staircase. Please bring your own travel/carrycot if you have a child under 2. Cancellation Policy Deposits are not refundable under any circumstances. Reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior to the date of arrival will incur no further charges. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival will incur the full B&B cost of the room for the duration of the reservation unless we are able to re-let the room. No show will incur the full B&B cost of the room for the duration of the reservation. The Harbour Lights cannot be held responsible for losses due to travel delays. Please arrange appropriate travel insurance to cover any losses that you may incur due to unforseen circumstances.
