Guest House at Ilfracombe Harbour
The Harbour Lights is a Guest House, B&B and licensed restaurant situated in the heart of Ilfracombe's Heritage Harbour on the spectacular North Devon Coast.
The Harbour Lights is ideal for visitors seeking affordable North Devon B&B or Half-Board accommodation. Built in 1895 as a small Victorian hotel The Harbour Lights now houses a ground floor licensed restaurant and nine en-suite letting rooms.
The picturesque harbour is steeped in legends of pirates, wreckers and smugglers and has retained much of its old world charm. There are inns dating from the 14th century, narrow winding streets, colourful cottages, souvenir shops, galleries, tea rooms, a lifeboat station, acquarium, restaurants and breathtaking coastal scenery.
The berth for the Lundy Island ferry is a 2 minute stroll from our front door.
In addition to being the home port for private yachts Ilfracombe is still a working harbour with fresh fish, crabs and lobster landed daily.
Coastal cruises and sealife safaris are available subject to tides and weather conditions.
The Harbour Lights is owned and operated by the resident proprietors Ruth and Steve Rudge, so you are assured of a warm welcome and personal service at all times.
